Window crank operators

I need replacement window cranks that match this one. It is brown/bronze in color. Right hand. The measurement from the top screw to the bottom screw is 5". The dimension between the two bottom screws, which are offset (one is higher than the other) is 1-1/2". The retractable arm is 2-5/8" from one hole to the other, center to center. The hole in the end of the arm is 3/8".

I need 5 of these.
