For the lock, the closest we carry to your original style is the 38-005. Please review the dimensions to see how it compares to your original for a good fit! 

For the operator, are you able to provide the diameter of the disc at the end of the arm along with the length of the arm from the middle of the gear?  Please also confirm if the screws are installed through the front or back of the operator base. Thank you!
