Window crank parts

The window crank keeps coming off the track and therefore won't close the window unless someone is outside pushing it closed. Can you help me find the right part to replace this? I can't find much in the way of markings on them, but I am at the property for the next few days so if you can point me in the right direction Id appreciate it. I believe the windows are Caradco.
