Window crank plastic stipped

The plastic insert to the window crank has stripped. Seems like a fragile part. Please recommend where I can find plastic replacement part.

Thanks for posting. To clarify and make sure we're speaking of the same thing, did that insert fall out of the T Handle? The T Handle is what fits onto that spline on the window operator. Please confirm that part came from the handle and not the operator itself. If so, we can't replace this insert alone, but it would be best to simply replace the T handle outright--see if our 39-102 matches what you need.
