Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid it's very difficult to say what casement operators you need based off that information alone, as numbers are often unreliable for identification of this type of hardware. That said, you might be working with our 39-089 and 39-090, or our 39-187 and 39-188. The only difference between these two balances is the 'shape' of the gear arm, or the part of the arm that connects to the operator. In the 39-089 and 39-090, this gear arm is shaped more like a 'Z'; while with the 39-187 and 39-188 this gear arm is shaped more like a 'W'. Look over both and let me know if one of these sets is what you're looking for.
