Window crank replacement

Question

I have Truth Entry #20810 for right and left windows...the long arm measurement is 9 inches. Do you sell the replacement cranks this?

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of the operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully exposed. Thank you!
