Window crank replacement

It looks like the collar that takes the handle is stripped out which means you need an all-new operator. We can help but we have to see photos of the whole assembly removed and shown without obstruction.

As a policy, we recommend sticking with the original hardware your window was designed to use. We may have a modern version of your operator that works much better though. Seeing the operator removed from the window will allow me to narrow down some options.
