Window crank replacement

I need to replace two of these window cranks. They look like Wood 39-021 with the exception of the guide at the end of the crank arm. Is there a way to swap the guides? If not, would you have an alternative to work with my awning windows? One crank has failed, and the other is on its way to failing.
