Window crank replacement

I would like to replace all of my window cranks as they are stripped and the handles fall off. I don't see that they make this part anymore. Can you help me find the replacement part?

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO Short-Arm Operators. Regrettable ROTO has discontinued the bracket arm that connects these operators to the window sash--you will have to reuse your old ones if possible. For a new crank handle, see the 39-224 sold separately.
