Window crank replacement parts

Hello,

I have several 20 year old Simonton windows whose cranks have rusted out and/or screws no longer work. Do you also have the replacement part that attaches to the bottom of the window? The number 31272 appears on the crank. Any other parts that you can recommend, such as handles. Thank you!

Please see our 39-187 and 39-188 operators. I believe these will match up well with the parts you have now, but you should review the dimensions we show on their store pages to confirm. You can reuse your old handles.

I'm not sure what the other part you're referring to is. Are you talking about the hinge? If so, see our 36-048.
