Window crank right side

Question

The stem holding the hand crank broke off and so the whole assembly needs to be replaced including new screws and a new handle.
Could not find a part number, but "truth" is stamped on one of the arms.

Hello! You're right, it definitely sounds like you need a new operator. I recommend our 39-220B, I think this is exactly what you need. We also sell the 39-452 cover/handle separately.
