Window crank too big or too small

Question

I'm having trouble getting the right crank for my casement window.
I need an 11" long arm, but I can only find 9" and 13" arms on your website. Please help.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid this operator has been discontinued and is no longer available. The best match we have is our 39-095, though you may need to retrofit it to your window. You would also need a new handle, our 39-286. What do you think?
