Window crank unit

Question

The window crank unit in this window has stopped working one-way. The handle can be inserted and turned to catch the gears to open but not to close. When turn the other way, the handle un-threads And comes out of the unit. The window cannot be closed and comes out of the unit.

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have from these photos. In order to find a match, we need one clear picture showing the complete installation hole pattern and one clear picture showing the link arm out of the window entirely. It's very difficult to make it out while it's still installed.

You may want to take a look at the 39-025. This could be the one you are looking for, but it depends on those details I mentioned. Look it over and see what you think.
