Window crank and assembly

Can you show me the entire assembly, including the link arms that push and pull the window closed? I'll do my best to find what you need from there. 

I am afraid when the worm gear pops out with the handle like that, that means the entire operator mechanism has worn down and needs to be replaced. Replacing just the handle won't be enough. Again, we may be able to help, but I need a good picture of the entire mechanism, link arms and all, to narrow down what you need. 

See our 39-147 and 39-146 Split-Arm operators for Andersen. Compare their dimensions to your old hardware and see if either of these could work for you. 

Unfortunately, the 39-146 operator is not available in a white finish.
