Window crank and back door patio lock

We may be able to help with the window crank, but not the door lock. We don't sell replacement hardware for that kind of door, unfortunately.
For the crank, did you just need the handle or did you need the entire operator assembly? If you just needed the handle, can you tell me the exact diameter of the hole that plugs into the operator? If it's 11/32", you can use our 39-114L as a replacement.
If you needed the entire operator assembly, your next step should be to remove it from the window so that we can get a good look at it.
What is the price for the assembly and crank and or entire assembly?
