Window crank and casing 50-c-11500-11

A contractor from Cleveland ohio says:
Just trying to find the correct replacement and or brand.
Dimensions of top screw to bottom: 5 1/4 in.
Bottom two holes are 3/4 in apart.
Do those measurements make a difference?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Yes, those dimensions are pretty important, since they determine where your screws go. If the screw holes in the operator don't match the screw holes in the window, then you'll have a hard time installing it.

You can see our complete selection of awning window operators here. We have detailed dimensions for each part that you can use to find the best match.

I'm afraid that number doesn't match any one product in particular. In order to assist you, we will need clear photos of the operator in question. Detailed dimensions would also be helpful.
