We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to determine if any of our handles and covers could work for your application. If you could show us the base of your operator with the cover removed, as well as the connecting point between the arms and the sash, that would help us narrow down your options. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us but I suspect that there may be a circled A stamped on your operator base. If so, unfortunately, that indicates that you have a model we can not supply replacement parts for. Your best bet in that case would be to reach out to the window manufacturer directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
