Window crank and hardware.

Question

I can crank my window open, but I can't close it without someone standing outside and pushing the window closed. The pictures show the crank and the arm that is supposed to open and close the window. The platform that the crank sits on is about 4 inches wide and the arm is about 4 inches long when it is fully extended.

Thanks for writing in. I can't quite tell what you have without seeing a bird's eye view of the operator and link arm. But see our 39-171 and 39-172. Look over the dimensions and let me know if this operator type matches what you need.
