Appears to have brand name Anderson but it's hard to read.

This is definitely an Andersen brand operator, but I can't ID what you have from these photos. In order to help, I need to see the entire mechanism, not just the base. If you can show me the whole thing out of the window then I'm very confident I can get a good match for you.
