I'm not sure what your hardware is based on these photos. Too many important details are obscured while they're still installed.

For the sash lock, consider our 38-205 or 38-208. It might be one of these, but you'll need to take the original out of the window to confirm.

I'm not sure about the operator at all. We will definitely need to see a picture of it out.
