Thanks for reaching out! This window crank reminds me of the 39-239B Encore Awning Operator. The 39-536 Truth Hardware Pivot Slid Assembly connects to the operator arms to 39-556 track.
The compatible cover and handle kits can be found tagged below along with the stainless steel version of the operator. Both versions come with the detach clips attached to the arms.
