Window crank/handle

Question

The handle I need to replace says "Truth 3." The plastic grooves wore out and it no longer cranks the window open or closed.

Need help identifying which one to order.

This appears to be a Truth brand handle. With that in mind, the hole diameter is likely 11/32" but it can't hurt to check to be safe. If that's indeed the case, I recommend the 39-114L or 39-205 handles.
