Hey there, thanks for posting! Your casement operator appears to be our 39-253RB, the opposite version of the operator is the 39-253LB. Carefully compare the dimensions below to you existing hardware to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

Dimensions for 39-253RB

The folding cover and handle set being used for this particular operator is our 39-376 and the bracket being used is the 39-546 snap-stud bracket. The 39-375 would be used for the opposite version of this casement operator and it is likely it will use the 39-545 snap-stud bracket. 

These operators both use the 39-529 track slider and 39-528 14-1/2" casement track. You may also need the 33-016 installation screw.
