Thanks for writing in! There is a good chance we can supply you with the replacements for your existing casement operator. Although, to confirm the right replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator.

I am specifically looking to see a photo of the body of the operator, preferably with the cover removed (if possible), as well as a photo of the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash.

Unfortunately, I cannot identify based on the brand logo and the over.
