Ordered window cranks 39-114L : Crank Handle, 11/32", in early summer. Just found out from my tenant that they are too small a diameter for some of the windows. Is there a larger size?

Looks like you have an Andersen operator, which uses its own kind of handle. See our 39-286 or 39-267. I believe either will work for your window.
