Can you help me identify the parts in the enclosed attachment? I will, need 3 of them and also need to return some incorrect parts I already ordered and received.

Thank you.

We may have something that can work, but it would depend on your dimensions. Specifically, I need to to know the distance between the top and bottom installation holes (center-to-center) and the size of the link arm. I would also like to see a clear picture of the mounting hole pattern; I can't make that out based on your pictures.

In the meantime, l ook at our 39-025. This might be a match, but review the information I mentioned to confirm.

Center to center of the top hole to bottom hole is 5 1/4 inches. The link arm is 3 3/8. See picture for mounting hole patterm. Thank you!

I would start by looking at our 39-016 and 39-017 operators. They have two mounting holes at the top, while the bottom hole centers are 1-5/16" apart. The link arm also has a threaded hole at the end for a shoulder screw like our 33-067. Take a look and see if they match up to yours.
