Thanks for posting. For your Awning Window Operator, start by looking at our 39-083 or 39-143. Compare all the dimensions, particularly the wingspan, to see if either of these operators match what you need. For your casement window operator, we need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm, to know what to recommend. Many thanks.

A quick learner says:
I previously ordered the 39-089 for the left side. Would that make the 39-090 the right side? Alos for the awning window the crank has 10 inch arms

Bob from SWISCO responded:

If the casement operator in question has the same configuration of the 39-089, just the opposite handed-side, then yes; the 39-090 makes sense. But be sure to go over the dimensions to confirm.

For the Awning Operator, could you measure the wingspan, as shown below (in this case, the 39-083)? From there, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

Ok also what handle should I get with 39-083?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

The 39-083 would work with the 39-114L crank handle. Let me know if you have any other questions.

A quick learner says:
I received the window crank 30-090 and it is not the right side of the 30-089. Can you let me know which part I need.akso I want to return the wrong crank

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Sorry to hear the 39-090 didn't work for you. You can review our Return Policy here. I'm afraid if it wasn't indeed the opposite-handed operator to the 39-089, that there's really no way for me to say what you need without seeing the original mechanism out of the window, link arm(s) included. That would help narrow this down.

A quick learner says:
This is the part I need

So this split-arm looks more like the kind seen on our 39-187 and 39-188. These are very similar to the 39-089 and 39-090, except whereas the gear arm on those two have almost a 'Z' shape, the gear arm on the 39-187 and 39-188 are almost more a 'W'. The difference between these two 'sets' of operators is a common point of confusion, so it's rather unlucky that your windows apparently used both! That said, thanks for the visual aid, because this is clearly more like the 39-187 and 39-188 to me.
