Window cranks

Question

Window cranks currently only function through about 60% of window rotation. I have to pull the window the remaining 40%?not an optimal situation!

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that your window is not operating properly. Take a look at the video below to help you choose between the two Encore operator pairs that we offer. The primary difference is the track slider at the end of the long arm that attaches to the bottom of the sash. Please note that both options are compatible with the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with covers.

I would also recommend checking the hinges to make sure that they are not adding to the problem. If so, you can start by taking a look at the 36-048. Thanks for posting!
