Thanks for reaching out to us! There is a good chance we can supply you with a replacement for this awning window operator, but I'll need to see a photo of it remove to confirm the correct replacement.

I'll need to see a front profile view of the inside of the operator, the link arm, as well as a photo of all of the installation holes.
