Window cranks

Thanks for writing in. When the gear the handle attaches to pops out with the rest of the handle, it's definitely a sign the whole mechanism should be replaced. We can help, but we'll need you to open the window and send us a bird's eye view of the entire assembly, arms and all. That will let us clearly identify it. 

That's perfect, thanks! Please see our 39-083 awning window operator. I believe this may be what you need, but you should check to ensure that the "elbow to elbow" measurement is the same at 21-1/2", which is how the manufacturer sizes these.

We also sell the 39-114L handle, but you can probably reuse the original assuming that it's not damaged.
