Thanks for writing in! There is a good chance we can provide you with a replacement for the window operators you have here but I'd need to see a photo of the arm(s) to confirm the right replacement. Unfortunately, the photo of the base of the operator does not provide enough information.
I'll need to see photo of the operator's arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

This window operator looks like it can be replaced with either the 39-032 EngtryGard Dual Arm Operator or the 39-156 Caradco Window Crank. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to review and compare the dimensions.
