Window cranks

Question

Dear Swisco, I hope you can help me.

My house is 19 years old and the windows came with the house. Four of the cranks no longer work.

Not sure where to find the replacement parts or what is involved in repairing the cranks.

If you have the parts please advise re cost and ordering specifics (I am in Canada

Thanks for posting. I can see the base of your operator, but not the arms. Without seeing the whole thing it's hard to say. Is there any way you can open your window so I can see? In the meantime, look at our 39-031 and 39-032 and see if these match. As for instructions on how to replace them, watch the video below.
