Window folding cranks for Milgard Ultra Series 2017

Quick Learner from 92118
I need to replace a broken crank. I am not sure if it is right or left hand handle. Milgard part numbers are for right hand HL0201WH and for left hand HL 0200WH. Not sure if you determine left hand vs right hand from inside or outside of the building? This is a folding type handle installation. Please help me on this as my partner who shops a lot on your sight saus you are the best.

Thanks for posting! I'm afraid I would not be able to identify the exact replacement crank you need based on the photos and information provided. Since the piece that connects to the operator base has become completely dislodged, it is a bit difficult to determine the exact replacement you'll need. Are you able to remove that piece from the base?

If you are looking to replacement the entire crank mechanism, I'll also need to see a photo operator arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions you might have in the meantime.

Jasmine, thanks for getting back to me. The handle is a complete unit, pictures here, that drops on the base. The base, pictured here has a set screw that holds the folding handle in place. I just need replacement handl(s) as I Glued the broken part back on but would like to have some spares.
Thanks, David

Jasmine,
On your website the following picture appears to be the crank I need! And not sure if this is considered right hand or left, but this also is the side of the casement window that I need.

I found out that the base is part of the handle. Attached is the part that I need to replace. Sorry for the rookie mistake.

Thanks for getting back to us but we will still need to see the arms that connect your operator base to the window sash to confirm which handles would be compatible. The assembly shown in the image you found has a different style handle and cover, which could indicate that yours is an older style or an entirely different operator. We'll need to see the rest of your original operator to determine which is the case.

Unforutnately, this photo does not give us any new information. We'll need you to manually open the window and take a top-down photo of the operator arms that connect to the sash.

Jasmine,
See attached and they were the Milgard Pro Series Fiberglass windows and we purchased in 2017. This is what the parts dept told me at Milgard but they cannot sell to me .
Thanks, David

Your assembly looks like a match to the 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Unfortunately, Roto stopped making the link arm shown in your photos but the 39-224 folding handle is still available.
