We are trying to track down these operators for service of a high rise in downtown Indianapolis. Previously we were ordering the operators from WR hardware in Williamsport MD but apparently they've gone out of business.
The item#/description on their invoice was
10-058-13 LH EAL
#10-58-13" LH Casement operator Aluminum
And
10-058-13 RH EAL
#10-58-13" RH Casement operator Aluminum
Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for the Fenestra operator shown here, unfortunately. Your best bet may be to contact the original manufacturer of the window directly, whoever they may be. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
