Hi!! My house was built in the 80s. I don't see part # but it says Anderson on it.

Thanks for posting. This looks more like a Pella operator to me. We don't carry this exact crank, but see the 39-227B. This fits a 3/8" spline on a Pella operator. Take a look and see if you think this could work for you.
