I have a few of these window cranks in our house that no longer work. The handles say Thomas Clad and the bracket says Truth 31858. I believe that the gears are stripped out.
Here is another window crank that has the cover removed and the one says Thomas Bilt.

The operator shown in your first two photos resembles an Encore style assembly. The determining factor would be the end fitting that attaches the long arm to the sash. Look over the video below to confirm the correct match.
As for the second operator shown in your last photo, we may be able to supply a match but we will need you to open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible as shown in your first photo. Thank you!
It is possible that some of the windows may use different hardware. Feel free to get back to us with photos of each operator that you need for identification.
The old-style version of the operator shown in your first two photos does not generally have removable covers but that wouldn't be required in order to replace them.
