Window cranks out, but not back in

A home owner from Southern Pines, NC says:
Part numbers on bottom of mechanism are: 7198-17, 7198-8,and maybe? 1361-18. Can the whole gear and arms be replaced? I think the windows were original in 1984? Thank you.

Hello! This appears to be an Andersen split arm operator, specifically our 39-147. We also sell the 39-146 for the opposite side.

The gears and arms cannot be replaced on their own, unfortunately. If they're broken then you will need an all new operator mechanism.
