Window cranks and openings left and right

A home owner from Revere says:

This is double pained crank out window. Was installed 14 years ago as a result of a fire so I have no idea what brand it is. the bottom Kranks are all Broken and there is a little hole in the bottom that the window crank fits into- that keeps falling out , so the. Window doesn't close all the way unless you move it into the next little hole. It looks like it has a clip to hold it in place

Hi John. This looks like it might be our ROTO Split-Arm Operators, the 39-329 and 39-330. The current versions of these operators use a slightly different crank handle--see the 39-232. For new sash brackets, see the 39-553 and 39-554. Look over all the dimensions we list to confirm these are the parts you need.
