Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you need a casement window lock and two different kinds of operators.

Unfortunately the only product I can identify from these photos is the lock: you have an older, obsolete version of the 38-097 and 38-098. These newer models will work for you but they'll also need the new style 38-079 keeper to function.

For the operators, in order to identify a match in each case I will need to see them out of the window. Please let me know if that would be possible.
