Window cranks/handles

Question

Hello, I am looking to replace two of these window crank/ handles. They broke off 10 years ago and we had know idea where to buy replacements. We have not been able to open these living room windows for all that time.

The young men that put this living room window in never gave us their phone number to contact them. My husband got your phone number from someone who works at Ace hardware. Thank God because we need to replace these cranks. They broke off within the first year they were installed. Can you please help? It would be nice to open these two windows again.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. As long as the window is unlocked, you should be able to gently push the window open and manually pull it back into place. Thank you!
