Window cylinder tilt

Question

My window has a cylinder in the window track that allows it to tilt. The cylinder is broken. I have ordered before from you however the small metal piece on the window doesn't work with the cylinder.

Thanks for contacting us. According to your order history, you had purchased our 15-192 pivot shoe. I'm not sure what your problem is, though. I don't know what you mean by cylinder. Do you mean the center metal cam of the 15-192? Did you mean something else? If you can show us some photos of the broken part, I will be better able to suggest a solution. Other than that, any other information you can explain would be a big help.
