Thanks for reaching out to us. Looks like you need a new coil balance assembly, though I'm not sure what a pivot arm might be in this context. Could you be referring to the pivot bar, at the lower corners of the sash?

I'm confident we can help with both, but I'll need more detailed photos of the components in question. For both the balance assembly and pivot arm, I need you to remove an undamaged version and show me photos of these parts by themselves and without obstruction. Please also make sure that they're in undamaged condition.

For the balance assembly, I will additionally need to know the thickness and width of the pivot shoe, as well as the thickness of the spring and the stamp printed on the band.

Please also note that if we can't see the pivot bar, we can't recommend a replacement. We rely on a physical reference, so if you don't have an original for us to look at then we have no means by which to make a recommendation. It is a necessary step.
