Window dead

Question

Hi! I need a new window dyad and was hoping you could tell me which one to get. The brown straight bar says 40395 and the white part that attaches to the arm crank says 30615 and 30894. Thank you!

Hello!

Thanks for waiting during this busy season. Take a look at the 39-090. This operator resembles your old one but the link arm is much longer, so you'll have to swap the link arms. You'd have to drill out the new and old arm and use the 62-014B rivet. To install this rivet, you'll have to hammer it in; I recommend doing it over a metal plate if you have one.

As for the hinge, take a look at the 36-022 and 36-022HD four bar hinges with a 12" base. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need. Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
