Window doesn't crank open

Quick Learner from Memphis, TN
Just moved to a new home that has windows that crank open.
One of the windows doesn't open. Once unlocked, push it and it opens by hand instead of by the crank handle. How do I fix that? After the invention of the TV Remote, there's no going back to manual things.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm afraid your photos failed to upload. Could you try to upload them again for us?

Thank you! From your description, it sounds like your operator may be stripped. I'm afraid the information on the stickers shown here doesn't tell us what hardware your window uses, however. May we see a bird's eye view of the entire operator assembly?

We've seen this operator before. The bad news is that we don't sell a replacement or alternative for it, unfortunately. We're not sure who may have it. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
