Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. If you're looking for new coil balances, we will need to see photos of the pivot shoe removed from the window. Once we identify that first, we can then determine the compatible coil balances.

If you need the pivot bar, we'll need to see that removed from the window sash as well.

Hello, can't figure out how to get the pivot shoe or the spring mechanism out of the channel? Anyway, here's photos of the shoe in the channel and the plastic spring mechanism.

You'll have to make a cut out in the window track if there isn't one already. The video below will go over the steps.

The pivot shoe appears to be a match for the 15-111. The Series 160 coil springs are sold separately. To determine the correct coil weights, you can divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window.
