Window doesn't stay open

Thanks for posting! The balance you have appears to have the 15-207 Tilt Channel Balance Shoe attached to it. If so, the replacement balances will need to be custom assemblies. 

Since custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned, I'd like to see the shoe removed from the window to confirm that this is the correct replacement. I'll also need to see a photo of the attachment installed to the top of the balance.

Please confirm the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is a quantity minimum of (2) for custom assemblies.
