Window dyad crank

Question

I purchased a window dyad crank with a 5 inch arm #39-090. I need one with a 4 1/2 inch arm. Is it possible to get this? I don't see it on your web site.

I'm afraid not. The only solution we've ever been able to get to work is by swapping the arms out. This can be done by drilling the arms off the old and new operator, then installing the old arm on the new operator using our 62-014 rivet. Would this work for you?
