Arm on 39-089 is too long

A home owner says:
I go the 39-089 window dyad crank 5" but it's too long. I posted picture of the old one. I posted the 2nd picture but not sure if it's the part number or not.

I agree, the 39-089 looks like our best match. I'm afraid we can't provide a version of this operator with a shorter link arm, though. What we usually do in this situation is to drill out the link arm on both the new and old operator, then put the old link arm on the old operator. You can install it using a 62-014 rivet. You would hammer it over a metal plate.
