Window falling out of place

I have windows that fall out of place. The number on the windows is 8254. Which parts (pivot bar?) do I need? Is there a left and right part? Do I need screws?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us. If your pivot bar is stamped "8254" you can use our 26-377 as a replacement. Let us know if there are any other parts you may need for the repair!
