Window falls down

Hello my window balance system has failed. The window is vertical and I can tilt the window out and take completely out the balance system is mounted inside the window frame. Only number I can get solidly are. 5.365.638 The windows are about 12 years old. Not sure where they were bought cannot find any other info on them. Please advise. Thanks

We'd be happy to help, but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
